Delete your FlickGo account

You can permanently delete your FlickGo account and all associated personal data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the FlickGo app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Email contact@softaux.com from your registered address/phone with the subject "Delete my account". We will remove your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone), saved addresses, cart, wishlist, wallet, coupons, ratings, order history, and login sessions are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
